| Job Description | This position is responsible for all warehouse functions ,including inbound, inventory and outbound. Qualification : Graduate/Post graduate Experience : Should have 10 + years of relevant experience ( in 3PL Co.) in warehousing especially in Spare Parts Distribution of Automobile parts. Responsibilities : Responsible for Overall operations till Dispatch activity Resource allocation plan as per load Documentation Control , Hands on SAP system and RFID system Receiving /inventory control/dispatch monitoring & control way bill form, Monitoring Vehicles, Planning and CFT reports. Monitor Proper packing of high value items Printout, sorting and management of delivery notes and consignment orders (records) Ensuring Agreed KPI with Customer and closely monitoring the same. Total Planning in Inbound /Outbound section including Vehicle Planning, managing VOR, handling dealer�s line and Stock Transfer Orders to other PDC. Coordination with Customer to meet their urgencies and follow up for special shipment/Customer complaints. Imparting Training to all Staff and Material Handlers to minimize the customer claims/complaints. Ensure 5S maintenance in warehouse , compliance of SOP, Process & Guidelines provided by Customer, Picking & Packing Audit Supervision Record Management for all functions Competencies : Strong organizational and time management skills; specifically documentation. Excellent knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and able to generate and analyze inventory reports Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc Good leadership skills Able to use systematic approach in decision-making. Good working knowledge of inventory planning, network analysis, materials management.
