| Job Description | Opening with our client-a Multinational Third Party Logistics Co. (3 PL) Job Summary This
position is responsible for all warehouse functions, including inbound,
inventory and outbound. Area of Responsibility Responsible
for Overall operations till Dispatch activity Resource
allocation plan as per load Documentation
Control , Hands on SAP system and RFID system Receiving
/inventory control/dispatch monitoring
& control way bill form, Monitoring Veh. Planning and CFT reports. Monitor
Proper packing of high value items Printout,
sorting and management of delivery notes and consignment orders (records) Ensuring
Agreed KPI with Customer and closely monitoring the same. Total
Planning in Inbound /Outbound section including Vehicle Planning, managing VOR,
handling dealer’s line and Stock
Transfer Orders to other Depot Coordination
with Customer to meet their urgencies and follow up for special
shipment/Customer complaints. Imparting
Training to all Staff and Material Handlers to minimize the customer
claims/complaints. Ensure
5S maintenance in warehouse , compliance of SOP, Process & Guidelines
provided by Customer, Picking & Packing
Audit Supervision Record
Management for all functions . Qualification and Experience : Minimum Graduate/Post graduate Min 5-8 + years of relevant experience in
Logistics or warehousing, especially in section(Preferably worked in Spare
Parts Distribution) of Automobile parts. Competencies : Good communication skills Knowledge in Warehouse
